FEE SCHEDULE   Carrier Factoring Program     Thank you for inquiry about our company. We feel our program is unique to the industry. Take a minute to review our basic program below. American Freight Factors focus on service extends beyond the normal bounds of "the box"! If a deal falls outside of "the box", American Freight Factors will commit our resources to making your deal happen.     1. We advance 91% of your invoice   2. No "per invoice" fee's   3. No set up charges   4. No pre-payment charges   5. We fund your invoices the next working day   6. Payment to you by CHECK or WIRE   7. The 9% withheld from your invoice 1) pays our factoring fee based on the time your customer takes to pay 2) The balance of the 9% is held in your reserve acount until the reserve reaches 20% of your monthly outstandings   8. The reserve requirement is 20% of your monthly outstandings, i.e @50,000 @ 20% = $10,000   9. The 20% is built up with the difference between the 9% withholding and our financing fee, i.e. if your financing fee is 3% the balance of the 9% or 6% goes into your reserve account until it reaches 20%. This example it should take 3.3 months to reach the 20% limit   10.  When the reserve exceeds the 20% limit the amount will be refunded to you at the end/first of the month. Based on the above example it should take aproximately a 3 1/2 months to reach the 20%. At the end of the 4th month and each consecutive month you should receive a reserve refund of approximately 6%.
